pTet - mRFP

mRFP chromoprotein under tetracylcine-repressive promoter. Bacteria with this device are red due to the mRFP constitutive expression. This espression turns off if TetR repressor is present and it can be restored by the addition of tetracycline or analogues (as anhydrotetracycline).
